Zombie CMS is the web content management system (or CMS) developed by KS Professional Computer Solutions for our clients. It is sometimes called ZMS for short.

ZMS primarily uses PHP and MySQL to function, along with some Javascript for ease of use. It is supported on all OS platforms and browsers that support Javascript.

We have been piecing ZMS together over the last several years on an as-needed, with a major rewrite to the system in early 2009. About that time we also started customizing the backend to individual websites, to make the experience more seamless for fledgeling webmasters.

In 2011 the backend when through another major rewrite, introducing a host of features to protect users from hackers and from themselves. Many new blog-type features where added, and performance was greatly improved through tighter PHP code and the introduction of a caching system.
